How We Treat

Naturopathic care encompasses many different healing modalities, depending on what is best suited for you and your body. Your first visit will be 80 minutes, which allows ample time to gather information, share your unique history and generate a treatment plan. Labs can be ordered - both basic lab tests and specialty lab testing may be utilized.

Herbal Medicine

To generate a treatment plan, various naturopathic healing modalities may be used, including: herbal medicine, nutritional therapy, lifestyle modifications, and hydrotherapy. We may discuss beneficial vitamin, mineral, enzyme and amino acid therapies. When needed, certain medications can be prescribed. Naturopathic care also encompasses types of physical medicine, i.e. forms of body work, including craniosacral therapy and naturopathic adjustments.
